In this weekly guided meditation, we will focus on cultivating peace and transforming your energy with meditation, mindfulness and visualization. Through these techniques, you will have the opportunity to tap into your creativity, improve your focus and optimize your mental and emotional health. We will explore tools to strengthen your resilience and live harmoniously through the unpredictability of daily life without becoming overwhelmed by it. Everyone can benefit from this class, no matter what level of experience you have with meditation.
